Our services
RELOCATION / ACQUISITIONS
We negotiate lease agreements and assist with sub-leasing and assignments. We advise on alterations and fit outs and negotiate short term licences to occupy.
RENEWALS
We handle lease renewals. This often requires a new lease with a change of commercial terms. We also negotiate other new modern requirements including ESG.
RE-GEARS
We support tenants varying the terms of their commercial leases by re-gearing. When market conditions are weakening, re-gearing becomes a commercial option.

Our purpose is to assist retailers in accelerating lease deals through to completion. We manage your real estate by identifying risk and saving costs, for example, by keeping a keen eye on dilapidations and service charge liabilities.
We have over 25 years' experience in global retailing and an outstanding track record in helping retailers grow and manage their real estate portfolios.
Key results are helping TK Maxx grow from a fledgling UK business with 30 stores in 1999 to over 720 stores, offices and distribution centres across 6 European jurisdictions and launching and expanding Homesense in the UK and Ireland.
